USA Made from scratch by Keith Nix Knives. Stainless Steel Custom Chef's Knife, checking in at 8" long and 2" tall, made from AEB-L stainless steel. It is heat treated in-house to 62-63HRc. Your choice of handle materials. These knives are made thin for cutting and slicing excellence!
Price is for an 8" custom chef's knife in AEB-L steel or any carbon steel in stock. Choice of nine different steels lets you maximize edge retention, toughness, stain resistance, or a balance of all three! Each additional inch of length, add $15

The Chef's Knife is the workhorse in most kitchens, taking on the majority of food preparation with ease. It is important they feel comfortable in your hand and slice easily through tough fibrous veggies!
All Keith Nix Knives are cryogenically treated for added strength and hardness!
I grind chef's knives thin, for increased slicing ability. These knives are light, fast, accurate, and screaming sharp!
Available in a variety of materials, including 26C3 Spicy White carbon steel!
 
Your Keith Nix Knife is guaranteed for life. I will either repair, replace, or refund your knife at my discretion. All you have to do is ship or deliver it to me and pick it up, or I'll pay return shipping.
If you just don't like your Keith Nix Knife, ship it back. I'll refund the purchase price, no questions asked. 
When your knife gets dull, and it eventually will, I'll sharpen it free of charge, always. Dull knives are awful to work with. Just don't do it.
