While the name makes this Keith Nix knives Micro Cleaver sound tiny, it is nothing like that! Over 2.5" tall and with a 5" blade, the Micro is quite capable of handling itself. Made from 1/8 AEB-L steel with a gentle belly from front to back, the micro is a natural for the cutting board!
The Blade is AEB-L stainless steel, heat treated in house to 62-63HRc. Your choice of handle materials. Choice of nine different steels lets you maximize edge retention, toughness, stain resistance, or a balance of all three!
