USA Made from scratch by Keith Nix Knives. A versatile hunting, fishing, or kitchen knife, the Davis is a 5" filet knife built to skin a deer, filet a fish, or dice an onion! With some minor variations in blade length and thickness, it performs well as a skinning knife, a boning knife, or a fillet knife. Conceptualized and designed jointly with a good friend, I like the lines of this knife and its multifunction role!

When your knife gets dull, and it eventually will, I'll sharpen it free of charge, always. Dull knives are awful to work with. Just don't do it.

Ground thin in AEB-L stainless and hardened to 62HRc, this knife has some flex, but enough spine to work a little harder than a typical filet knife.
Available in a variety of steels and handle materials. Sheaths available at additional cost.
